After making a large money transfer to my Union Mobile account, my account was stopped. When I discovered that the account was on tier one savings, therefore I made the decision to move it up to tier three saves. I went to the bank during that act, and they informed me that they had been upgrading for two weeks.
I'm anxious because they took away more than 10,000 NGN today—for what reason? I despise Union Bank.
Installing this bank is discouraged; they ought to be sued.

I remembered a customer care called to and explained how unionkorrect works and encouraged me to participate in the 4years savings Wich I refused but she convinced me and promised that I can request to opt-out and withdraw my money if along the line I’m no longer interested so out of pressure, I agreed and savings started. A year later I requested and after short stress I was opt-out. Boom! automatically the unexpected savings started again Wich I went back to the bank to re-opt-out and they did. Boom! Another unexpected savings started for the third time. That was how I stopped using union bank till datechelseabaeby , 17/07/2023
Miraculously I got a message that my unionkorrect duration has elapsed and I should call customer service to opt-out of rollover. Lol I’ve been wasting Airtime calling customer service line but no response and finally today Wich is the deadline to opt-out, a customer service answered my call wen it was a minute for my airtime to be expired and while speaking to the customer care I ran out of airtime so I quickly recharged to continue the call but this time around they didn’t answer my call till the airtime got finished again.
I don’t understand whether it’s every eke market day you people update your app o. Even after all the updates there’s no change. Anytime i want to login it keeps saying LOGIN FAILED, and this thing started recently, it’s really frustrating. Only if your USSD was dependable, maybe i won’t have been bothered. I don’t know why USSD and APP won’t be working at the same time, leaving people stranded. When we open accounts, you’ll tell us to make sure we download your app o, yet common reviews here you can not reply, someone will have a problem with their account, they’ll call your customer service line yet you people won’t pick for over 3 hours. Customer service poor, very very poor.
